In this hands-on role, you’ll help power the cold chain while growing your skills alongside a supportive team.A day in this roleSupport receiving and shipping by loading and unloading products in a refrigerated environment.Watch over temperature settings and document readings to ensure compliance with safety standards.Conduct quality inspections on both inbound and outbound items.Keep storage areas clean, orderly, and free of hazards.Partner closely with teammates to hit production targets and timeframes.Immediately report equipment issues or safety risks to supervisors.Participate in training and follow all company policies and procedures.What you bringHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Background in warehouse or cold storage is a plus.Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for long periods.Keen attention to detail with a strong safety mindset.Clear communicator who works well in a team setting.Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays as needed.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build a career in cold-chain operations, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
