Your Role at a Glance Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician assessments. Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure precise diagnoses. Calibrate equipment and position patients accurately to achieve optimal scan results. Implement radiation safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues. Maintain complete and accurate imaging records, including equipment maintenance logs. Deliver empathetic patient care from start to finish during the imaging process. Foster a safe, organized, and visible imaging environment. Educational Background An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Completion of an accredited radiology program. Essential Certifications ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is required. Current BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
