Triage Registered Nurse RN

Three Oaks Hospice (and sister companies) is seeking a Triage Registered Nurse (RN) to provide operational oversight of patient care during assigned shifts. About the Role The Triage Registered Nurse ensures compliance, accountability, quality patient outcomes, and clinical excellence while working within hospice care standards. Responsibilities include managing patient care activities, maintaining a culture of compliance, and contributing to the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Qualifications Registered Nurse with current license to practice professional nursing in assigned state(s). Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program. Three (3) years of management or triage experience in hospice or related healthcare organizations. Must have reliable transportation, proof of current automobile insurance, and a valid driver’s license. Schedule 7 on/7 off (9pm-9am) MST/PST. Role Requirements Must have compact nursing license. Hospice experience. Must be willing to travel. Skills, Abilities & Knowledge Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop, supervise, and direct assigned staff. Demonstrated planning and organization skills to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to proficiently manage workflow within the EMR- Home Care Home Base. Ability to support an interdisciplinary team concept and work as part of a team. Demonstrated skill in managing patient service issues, service recovery, and professionally managing customer relations. Excellent observation, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
