About the Role: Seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position requires experience with pediatric populations, specifically small children (toddlers to 7 years old). The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and work daily in a multidisciplinary team alongside Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Mental Health Therapists.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hybrid schedule: 3 days in person, 2 days remote)
Pay: $80,000-95,000 per year

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (and compliance with IDFPR for LBA compliance)

• Master's Degree in a related field

• Experience with pediatric populations, specifically small children (toddlers to 7 years old)

• Education: Master's Degree in related field

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in clinical assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, EFL, PEAK, ESDM FA), data tracking, and writing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of skill acquisition programming, data analysis, RBT mentorship, session note compliance auditing, and multidisciplinary therapeutic approaches.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a small caseload (Maximum 5-6 clients) with low billable expectations to ensure quality, compassionate care.

• Perform initial assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, EFL, PEAK, ESDM FA).

• Write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.

• Review treatment plans with parents, track data weekly, and adjust programs as needed.

• Dedicate 30% of time to training, mentorship, and direct supervision of RBTs (minimum 5% per month per RBT; observe learners/staff for 12-20% of their prescribed hours weekly).

• Audit RBT session notes for compliance and accuracy.

• Daily collaboration with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Physical Therapists, Mental Health Therapists, and Therapeutic Preschool teams.

• Hold monthly caregiver meetings and invite Related Services (RS) coordinators.

• Authorized to give up to 2 verbal warnings (notifying HR in writing), collaborate with Department Head on formal write-ups/action plans, and collaborate with Lead BCBA to complete formal RBT performance evaluations.
