Position Summary

Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician needed for a fully outpatient, hospital‑based primary care practice in Chico, California.

Responsibilities

• Practice within a hospital‑based primary care setting with no obstetrics.
• Join a team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners to provide comprehensive primary care and preventive health services.
• Participate in teaching and training of medical students and/or family practice residents, with potential adjunct or core faculty roles.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with practice call only.
• Support a balanced work‑life environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active California state medical license.
• Experience and interest in outpatient primary care.

Compensation

Competitive salary with an annual earning potential of $250,000–$300,000, including relocation and signing bonus stipends where qualified.

Location

Chico, California (on‑site).
