Store Manager

$17.00 - $22.40 per hour + Monthly Store Performance Bonus


We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team! If you enjoy developing employees, driving business results, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a high-performing team, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including team development, customer satisfaction, inventory management, asset protection, and financial performance. You'll lead by example, coach employees for success, and help drive growth while working with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-focused culture
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Drive sales, loan, and profitability goals
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards
• Oversee asset protection, cash handling, and operational compliance
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Build customer relationships and support new customer acquisition efforts
• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance objectives to team members
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply

Bonus Information

Store Managers are eligible for monthly bonus opportunities based on overall store performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
