Opportunity


This is a premier, high-flexibility opening for a CRNA to join a thriving multispecialty group in a locums, part-time, or full-time capacity. Designed for those seeking ultimate professional control, the position offers diverse flexible schedule options within a standard Monday through Friday work week, focused on a rewarding mix of general surgery, plastics, urology, and GYN cases. This role is strictly focused on daytime operations with absolutely no call, no nights, and no weekends, providing an unmatched work-life balance while offering the choice between a long-term W-2 career or the independence of a 1099 arrangement

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for a varied caseload, including General Surgery, Plastics, Urology, and GYN .
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop patient-specific anesthetic plans.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthetic depth to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Oversee emergence and post-operative recovery, ensuring patients meet all discharge criteria.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons and nursing staff to maintain efficient surgical flow.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure).
• National certification by the NBCRNA.
• Proficiency in managing general surgery, plastics, urology, and gynecological cases.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team-based patient care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

• 1099 Basis: $200 per hour with an 8-hour daily guarantee .
• W-2 Basis: $290,000 annual salary plus a full benefits package.
• Full Benefits (W-2 Only): Includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off (PTO).
• Flexibility: Choice of employment status (1099 or W-2) and flexible shift options to fit your lifestyle.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; no call, nights, or weekends.
