Pediatric Occupational Therapist

All About Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. We currently have clinic and home/school based openings in Raleigh and Apex/Cary. This position is ideal for pediatric occupational therapists who enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and working directly with families in real-life contexts where children live, learn, and play. You will Conduct pediatric evaluations and standardized assessments in homes and community settings Develop functional, individualized treatment plans aligned with daily routines Deliver play-based, evidence-informed therapy in real-life contexts Coach caregivers through practical, hands-on strategies Co-treat with speech therapists Monitor progress and adjust interventions thoughtfully Maintain timely and compliant documentation Communicate consistently with families and the AAT team to ensure coordinated care Plus, you will have the flexibility to structure your schedule while maintaining professional accountability and strong communication with the practice.
