This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

Average annual earnings: 93,000.00

• CPM $0.56 - $0.58 Per Mile
• Detention Pay $20.00 Per Hour
• Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day
• Miscellaneous Work $20.00 Per Hour
• New Hire Training $250.00 Per Day
• Off-Account Work $250.00 Per Day
• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour
• Stop Pay $56.50 - $58.50 Per Stop
• Top 10% of Earners $95000.00 Per Year
