Ready to grow your territory and your career?Good Day Distribution is a cannabis distributor serving retailers across Oregon and representing a portfolio of brands across flower, beverages, edibles, and other cannabis products.We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow our Eugene, Salem, and surrounding territory. This is a field-based sales role focused on building strong retail partnerships, growing existing accounts, developing new business, and helping our brands succeed at the store level.The right person for this role is self-driven, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to build genuine relationships with dispensary buyers, managers, and teams.Salary:We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission plus mileage reimbursementBenefitsMedical/Vision Dental Life Insurance PTO Sick Time Paid HolidaysEmployee discountsWhat You'll DoTerritory & Account ManagementManage and grow an established sales territory throughout Eugene, Salem, and surrounding areasMaintain regular in-person contact with dispensary accounts throughout the territoryBuild strong relationships with buyers, owners, managers, and budtendersWork with retail partners to identify opportunities, build orders, and improve product sell-throughMaintain consistent follow-up with accounts and respond to customer needs in a timely mannerPlan and manage territory activity to maximize account coverage and sales opportunitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the assigned territoryOpen new retail accounts and expand placement within existing accountsPresent new products, promotions, pricing, and merchandising opportunities to retail partnersConduct product demonstrations, vendor days, and other in-store sales activitiesWork toward established sales goals and territory growth objectivesDevelop an understanding of individual account needs and use that knowledge to identify sales opportunitiesMarket & Brand SupportDevelop strong working knowledge of the Good Day Distribution portfolio and represented brandsEducate retail buyers and store teams on products, promotions, and brand positioningGather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to internal teamsMonitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and market trends within the territoryAttend industry events, trainings, trade shows, and other sales or brand events as neededCommunication & Sales OperationsMaintain accurate account information, customer notes, and sales activity within CRM systemsCoordinate with Distribution and other internal teams to support accurate and timely order fulfillmentCommunicate account needs, order issues, and opportunities to the appropriate internal teamsMaintain organized sales records and provide territory updates as requestedWhat You BringPrevious outside sales, account management, or business development experienceStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to confidently communicate with retail buyers, managers, and business ownersStrong organization and time-management skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable managing a territory independentlyAbility to prioritize accounts and opportunities in a fast-moving sales environmentComfortable spending multiple days each week traveling throughout the assigned territoryProficiency with CRM systems and common business tools, including Microsoft Office and Google WorkspaceValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be 21 years of age or olderValid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required prior to employmentPreferred ExperiencePrevious cannabis sales experienceExisting relationships within Oregon's cannabis industryExperience selling directly to retail buyersKnowledge of Oregon's recreational cannabis marketExperience managing a geographic sales territory and working toward sales goalsWork Schedule & TravelThis is a full-time, field-based sales position serving Eugene, Salem, and surrounding areas. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required, including frequent in-person visits to retail accounts.Scheduling will vary based on account needs, vendor days, industry events, and other sales activities.
