Frontera Search Partners is seeking an experienced Women s Health Nurse Practitioner for a full-time outpatient locums assignment in Hanford, California.

This six-month assignment offers highly competitive compensation, flexible schedule options, strong onsite support, and excellent extension potential. You will provide essential women s health services to an underserved community within an established multispecialty clinic.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Compensation: $105 $115 per hour
• Location: Hanford, California 93230
• Start date: October 2026
• Contract: Six-month minimum

• Setting: Outpatient multispecialty clinic
• Credentialing: Approximately 30 days

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

Choose from:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Four 9-hour shifts per week

The schedule includes:

• One evening shift per week from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• One Saturday or Sunday shift per month
• Additional shifts based on clinic needs

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide women s health services across the lifespan
• Perform preventive care, screenings, and routine examinations
• Evaluate and manage common OB/GYN conditions
• Develop appropriate treatment and follow-up plans
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and established care teams

PATIENT VOLUME

• Approximately patients per 8-hour shift
• Approximately patients per 9-hour shift

The clinic primarily serves an underserved, Spanish-speaking patient population. Translators are available onsite.

CLINICAL SUPPORT

• Onsite supervising physician provided
• Established clinical teams and infrastructure
• eClinicalWorks electronic medical record system
• No need to secure your own supervising physician

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Women s Health Nurse Practitioner certification or focused women s health training
• Active California Nurse Practitioner license
• At least one year of women s health or OB/GYN experience
• Comfortable working in a moderate- to high-volume outpatient setting
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
