Active Iowa RN license or Compact RN license required. Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required. Experience with medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation. Strong experience caring for geriatric and long-term care populations. Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in resident condition. Strong clinical judgment, communication, time management, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills. Must be flexible to work 7:00 PM7:00 AM night shifts and 6:30 AM3:00 PM weekday shifts. Every third weekend availability required. Setting: LTC. City: Sibley. State: IA.
