Torrid is seeking an HR Generalist for its West Jefferson Distribution Center in Ohio. You’ll partner with DC leadership to support the full employee lifecycle, handle employee relations, performance management, leaves and accommodations, recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires 3+ years in HR, strong communication, and proficiency with UltiPro and Jobvite.
