Integration and Test Engineer - Palm Bay

Salary: $100,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or 8 years of equivalent experience in place of a degree.
• We require 2+ years of system integration and test experience.
• We require an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
• We require the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program access as needed.
• We strongly prefer experience testing space-qualified, aerospace, or military hardware.
• We prefer experience with requirements analysis, testability, verification planning, and the integration of hardware and software systems.
• We value experience using DOORS or similar requirements management tools, including traceability and verification matrices.
• We prefer experience designing and operating test beds, simulators, and EGSE.
• We value experience supporting programs through the full lifecycle, from concept and proposals through design reviews, integration, test readiness, and delivery.
• We prefer familiarity with RF test and measurement equipment.
• We value knowledge of satellite telemetry, tracking, and command systems, including tools such as COSMOS or InControl, and NI tools such as LabVIEW and/or TestStand.
• We prefer scripting or automation experience with Python, Java, Perl, or similar languages.
• We value familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• We expect strong written and verbal communication skills.
• We need someone who can thrive in a large-program, fast-paced environment.

• We provide system-level integration and test engineering support during verification activities, including functional, qualification, and production environmental testing of space hardware and systems.
• We support integration and test work for spacecraft buses, communications payloads, mission payloads, and full space vehicles.
• We develop and deploy Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) to enable integration, checkout, and test execution.
• We create and maintain test documentation.
• We support day-to-day integration and test execution for payload and spacecraft systems.
• We perform EGSE and Unit Under Test (UUT) checkout, selloff, and troubleshooting throughout the system lifecycle.
• We analyze test results, identify anomalies, document issues, and lead root cause and corrective action efforts with cross-functional engineering teams.
• We support verification and validation from design through manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
• We contribute to major program reviews, including SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, IRR, TRR, I&T, and final selloff.
• We coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure test readiness and successful execution.
• We travel as needed to support integration, testing, and post-delivery activities.
• We support extended or weekend hours when program schedules require it.
