Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
• Provide therapy in diverse settings, including clinics, schools, and home health environments.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on effective communication strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Illinois licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience in clinical or educational settings is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
