• Provide exceptional clinical guidance , mentoring and supporting nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and expertise.

• Develop and manage budgets , overseeing unit operations and ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Foster a positive work environment , promoting staff engagement, growth, and development through effective communication and team-building strategies.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Maryland

• Minimum of years of experience as a RN, with 1 years of experience in a Unit Manager role
