In your role as a Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health unit, you will be essential in providing top-notch care to patients. Your skills and commitment will foster a nurturing environment that promotes healing and growth.

• Implement the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to established nursing protocols and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with care standards.
• Design, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans based on specific needs.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives within the department or unit.
• Offer clinical expertise and support to other units or departments.
• Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and experience, escalating issues as necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
• Possession of a current Wisconsin or Multi-state RN license.
• CPR and BLS certifications are mandatory.
