Job Description
A General Laborer plays a vital role supporting various worksites such as construction sites, outdoor landscaping projects, and commercial buildings. This position involves performing physical tasks to assist skilled trades, ensure site cleanliness, and maintain safe working environments across diverse job locations.
Responsibilities
- Handle materials and supplies efficiently on-site
- Operate basic equipment safely and effectively
- Perform site cleanup to maintain a tidy and safe work environment
- Assist with assembly work as required
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and promote compliance
- Support skilled tradespeople with manual labor tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of general labor experience
- Strong awareness of safety practices
- Proficient in basic tool use
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Good time management and reliability
- Attention to detail in all tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
