Senior Manager, Lab Operations The Senior Manager, Lab Operations is responsible for leading day-to-day technical and operational functions within the laboratory, ensuring smooth execution of processes, regulatory compliance, and teammate development. This role provides hands‑on leadership for laboratory teams and serves as a bridge between frontline operations and senior leadership. The position reports to the Director, Laboratory Operations. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day technical and operational functions within the laboratory. Qualifications Full medical technologist registry (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required. Florida supervisor license required. Required Skills Laboratory leadership experience in a high-volume, high-complexity testing environment with a proven track record of leading teams, driving process improvements, and managing operational performance. Strong knowledge of laboratory regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, federal and state regulations). Preferred or Nice‑to‑have Skills Master’s degree in business administration or relevant sciences. Experience Minimum 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience. Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in a high-volume, high-complexity testing environment.
