Warehouse Team Lead

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Team Lead role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Warehouse Team Lead oversees day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy. This role coordinates work assignments, monitors productivity, and provides direction and support to warehouse team members to maintain safety, quality, and performance standards. The Warehouse Team Lead helps implement and follow standard operating procedures, ensures proper use of equipment and space, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with operations and logistics teams to meet service-level expectations and resolve issues quickly. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring. Operations Management experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment, with a focus on workflow coordination and meeting productivity and quality targets. Hands-on experience with packing, shipping processes, and order fulfillment best practices. Proficiency in inventory control, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and reconciling variances. Clear and professional communication skills for working with warehouse staff, management, and cross-functional teams. Understanding of warehouse safety standards and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning, and basic data entry and reporting. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required and stand or walk for extended periods. Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or a similar warehouse leadership role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus. Nice to Have Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, or distribution.
