Psychiatrist - Child & Adolescent

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS C & A Psychiatry (PSY) The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

No state tax
Hiring Range: $300,000 to $370,000
Relocation - $30k
Sign on - 10% -15% of base salary
Retention: 10% of salary 2-year mark
CME: 5 days + allowance
Student Loan Repayment through - NHSC - ISH
Merit base salary Increases up to 7% accrues annually
PTO: Yes - Over 400 hours paid out if not used. Plus 13 Federal Holidays.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS C & A Psychiatry (PSY)

Work with Alaskan and American Natives
Child and Family Outpatient Services clinic primarily serves youth between the ages of 3 and 21 years and their families.
Provide individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and couples therapy based on your clinical skill set.
Our psychiatrists are a part of a multidisciplinary team who work with providers within our program and throughout our system of care.
Our Integrated System allows for a more in-depth look at patients, affording a better outlook on existing underlying health issues.

BC or BE (for residents coming out of training)
COMMUNITY C & A Psychiatry (PSY)
