Position Perks: DAILY PAY - Access your earnings when you need them! CMT Rate + Shift Differential Unique split shift: 6p-10p: Serve as CMT 10p-6a: Serve as CNA Get paid the higher CMT rate for the full 12-hour shift! Your Role: You’ll be responsible for safely administering medications and providing compassionate, hands‑on care to our residents throughout the overnight shift. You'll help create a clean, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes health and dignity. Responsibilities: Administer medications as prescribed and in compliance with state regulations Document all medication passes, refusals, and resident observations Assist with ADLs, hygiene, ambulation, meals, and hydration Record and report any changes in resident condition Monitor and restock medication inventories Support team members and maintain high care standards Qualifications: Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (Missouri) Listed on the Missouri Nurse Aide Registry (CNA) Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum 2 years of experience in a long‑term care/skilled nursing facility (preferred) Full‑Time Employee Benefits: Daily Pay 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) + holiday pay Positive work environment under new leadership Advancement opportunities Join Our New Chapter Be part of something better.
