Sales Representative – North Charleston, South Carolina What You’ll Do Act as the friendly face of TruGreen, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their lawn care needs and provide tailored solutions. Engage new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach, maintaining professionalism and positive energy. Customize sales messaging for each household to reflect their unique lawn care requirements. Convert inquiries into signed contracts using TruGreen’s proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions, track performance, and update the CRM to measure activity and ensure follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services by demonstrating how homeowners can enhance their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (advanced education in people skills is a plus). Prior sales or customer‑service experience is advantageous; passion and hustle are paramount. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready. Strong communication skills for both casual conversation and closing talks. Solid time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices; no coding required. Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. English speaking, reading, and writing fluency. Must be physically located in the United States while performing the job.
