Key Responsibilities Develop accurate architectural sketches and comprehensive blueprints for construction projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform conceptual ideas into feasible designs. Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, codes, and client requirements. Review and revise drawing sets to reflect changes and improvements as directed. Present drafts and design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback accordingly. Prepare documentation for permit applications and construction approvals. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advances in architectural technologies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural sketching and blueprint development. Proficient with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and traditional drawing methods. Solid understanding of local building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent. Experience with large-scale or high-profile construction projects. Proficiency with 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino). Experience working in multicultural or international teams.
