Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by providing tailored financial and banking solutions.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of banking products, including treasury, cash management, trade finance, and capital markets solutions.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis, structure credit facilities, and prepare high-quality credit proposals.
- Monitor portfolio risk actively, ensuring timely credit reviews and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with product partners and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and enhance client satisfaction.
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or commercial lending.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products, financial markets, and credit risk management.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial statements and credit structures.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
