The Mission

We are looking for a Sales Representative skilled in one-call transactional phone sales to join our expanding company. This position requires responsibility for new sales acquisition, client retention, upselling current clients and extensive product knowledge. We’re looking for self-motivated and driven one-call closers who can exceed their sales goals each month.

What You’ll Do

• Generate Revenue: Execute outbound sales calls and identify upsell opportunities for current subscribers.
• Protect Retention: Responsible for handling cancellation requests by overcoming objections and demonstrating the ongoing value of our services.
• High-Touch Service: Manage inbound phone and email inquiries, resolving client needs with speed and professionalism.
• Goal Driven: Hitting and exceeding goals at a consistant and reliable rate.

Base Salary: Your starting annual base salary will be $45K yearly with commissions + bonus incentives outlined below.

Monthly Performance Bonus: In addition to your base salary, you will receive 10% commission on individual sales and saves. The amount of the commission will be calculated on a monthly basis and will be added to payroll. 

*Please Note: Performance bonus will be paid in the month following the month the bonus is earned.
