Job description
We are a 80-year-old family business focusing on bringing our customers quality in the fields of petroleum & lubrication equipment. Our core focus is on sales, service, installation, and testing of the equipment we sell. We are looking for long-term, career-minded individuals.

Responsibilities

• Opens work orders as directed, updates technician and customer information as needed. Prepares work orders and acquires purchase orders for billing. Update customers with ETAs, and status.
• Monitors work orders that are currently in progress to ensure that they are closed in a timely manner and all supporting testing documentation has been properly completed. Maintain the open order schedule.
• Monitors cash work orders and communicates with billing team and technician to ensure all payments are received.
• Assists with planning the field technicians' daily routes, confirming appointments with customers in advance, and dispatching all service calls to the technicians.
• Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and email. Exhibit positive attitude regarding duties and customers.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and effectively communicate with team.
• Internal support with sales, service, and quoting departments regarding parts and equipment needs.
• Complete billing in accordance with policies and procedures, review and submit state documentation.
• Assist Management in various office functions as required/requested.
• Other duties as assigned by management or executive team

Skills

This job utilizes a multitude of skills, so we need a self-starter with an energetic, outgoing, and positive attitude. Must be adaptable, willing, and able to perform various tasks and physical duties. Proficiency on the computer is necessary and mechanical aptitude is helpful. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
