Service Scheduler

We are seeking a ServiceScheduler to be the Communications Hub for our Service Department.

The right candidate will have Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills Strong Computer Skills and a Professional Appearance and Demeanor.

The Service Scheduler will Make Appointments for Service Customers Assist the Service Advisors with Customer Communication and Assist as Needed in the department.

Responsibilities

• Scheduler Service Appointments
• Answer phones assist customers as required
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly professional courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with DealerTrack and/or Xtimea plus
• Available to work Full-Time
• Ability to communicate customers interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
• Professional personal appearance
