Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, arranging for necessary diagnostic tests, and formulating tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or independently (as per credentialing)
• Instructing patients and their families on medical prevention, wellness initiatives, and effective disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies based on scope of practice
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic care oversight
• Collaborating dynamically with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, integrated care
• Accurately documenting all patient interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Background Required

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
