Overview The Washington, DC office seeks a mid-level corporate & securities associate with 2-3 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including public company advisory work, corporate governance, and capital markets financings. Responsibilities Provide counsel on public company advisory work, corporate governance, and capital markets financings. Collaborate with teams managing public company client representations. Qualifications Minimum of two to three years of experience in corporate and securities matters. Strong technical knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Comparable law firm experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation and Benefits The expected base salary range is $235,000 to $260,000 per year, with possible annual performance and discretionary bonuses.
