The HR Generalist, Enabling Functions provides human resources services in one or more of the following functions: employee relations, compensation, talent management, benefits, payroll, staff development and training, organizational development and recruiting. We're Looking for You: The HR Generalist, Enabling Functions supports Global Legal, Global Finance, and the Office of Investments. They will partner with the HR Manager, Global Legal and the HR Manager, Global Finance and Office of Investments to ensure accurate, timely and consistent execution of HR processes and policies. The HR Generalist provides operations, administrative, and transactional support to the HR Managers, HR Director, staff and managers. Reports to HR Director. Salary Information: The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $67,000 - $89,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. - Workday data entry and transactions
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- HR data management and reporting
- Recruitment support
- Benefits and leave administration guidance
- Administration of location changes, personal move requests, home office updates
- Advice on standard HR practices
- General HR communications, updates, and reminders
- Supports HR Managers and HR Director on initiatives and projects
- Partners with People Team centers of excellence on shared objectives
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems and analytics tools.
- Experience and familiarity with Workday.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating HR operational activities involving multiple stakeholders .
- Broad understanding of fundamental HR concepts, processes, and services.
