Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure and certification for the state of Kansas
• Prior experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments of students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student’s unique goals
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required reporting for compliance purposes
• Work closely with educators, parents, and administrators to support student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Provide guidance and resources to school personnel regarding speech and language development
