What We Need: We’re seeking an emerging rockstar who’s hungry to learn, grow and wants to see the value they can add as we accelerate our presence and wins in the health and pharma category. This role is part of team that’s driving significant growth for iHeart; engaging advertising partners with best practices, education, research and iHeart partnership opportunities. We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented go-getter who is an excellent communicator to help coordinate our Health team efforts across the enterprise. This role would be an internal catalyst for growth, discovery, team synergy and optimization balanced with externally-facing exposure to help the Sales team advance conversations with Client and Agency partners. What You'll Do: Partner with and support Sales, Marketing and Client Success as we develop and evolve go-to-market strategy and sales materials and program recaps Provide administrative and/or process support for meetings, presentations, maintains client invite lists for iHeartMedia events and client communication Generate sales-related reports including sales activities and revenue data; keeps track of Salesforce activity reporting on accounts Coordinate with internal Research team for latest context relevant to the category and research studies Partner with Marketing and B2B teams on marketing materials and campaign set-up, conference activations that promote our iHeart Health credibility to an industry audience Coordinate and shepherd audio creative development with iHeart Studio team Help identify and optimize target Client prospect list Respond to ad-hoc Health Client requests Work with internal sales teams to gather status updates on all accounts and clear next steps Be a resource for iHeartMedia Health Sales team members to share the latest materials updates, pharma creative examples, trends and join Sales presentations with Client/Agency partners as needed. Ultimately this role will help navigate iHeartMedia resources in pursuit of the best solution for our Clients and Agency partners What You'll Need: 2+ years of Media Company, Agency or Client-side experience, particularly Account Management.
