KeenLogic is seeking a self-motivated Tier II Help Desk Analyst and Asset Technician for our on-site team in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on hardware and software support for NSF-owned assets and involves collaboration with the IT and eBusiness teams. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with experience in ITIL-like environments and service ticketing tools.
