Project Manager / Estimator – Commercial Building Demolition

Bothell, WA

Bring your estimating and project management experience to an established construction company specializing in building demolition. In this role, you'll oversee projects from initial site assessments and bid preparation through demolition execution and final closeout. The position requires experience estimating building demolition projects, a solid understanding of construction contracts, and the ability to manage project costs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has hands-on commercial building demolition experience, a strong understanding of construction contracts, and the organizational skills to manage projects safely, efficiently, and within budget and schedule.

Project Manager / Estimator Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and specifications to determine demolition scope and project requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, prepare cost estimates, and support bid submissions.
• Attend pre-bid site walks and pre-construction meetings.
• Develop project schedules, track budgets and job costs, and process invoices and change orders.
• Coordinate demolition activities with superintendents, field personnel, and subcontractors.
• Manage contract documentation, pre-construction submittals, and project closeout requirements.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and deadlines to ensure successful completion.

Project Manager / Estimator Qualifications

• At least 5 years of construction project management and/or estimating experience, including a minimum of 2 years in commercial building demolition.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, drawings, specifications, and cost estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project cost tracking.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Compensation: $110K - $150K salary, plus bonus
