What you would do

• Designing and developing mechanical, electrical, or controls systems using industry‑standard CAD tools and methodologies
• Conducting technical analysis, testing, and validation to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards
• Supporting system integration across mechanical, electrical, and controls components
• Collaborating with manufacturing and field teams to translate designs into production and optimize real‑world performance
• Documenting design specifications, test protocols, and technical findings to support project delivery
• Contributing to continuous improvement of engineering processes and design standards
• Supporting troubleshooting and problem‑solving on technical challenges that arise during development or field application

What you could bring

• 10–15 years of professional engineering experience in mechanical, electrical, controls, or systems engineering
• Proficiency with CAD software and familiarity with design standards relevant to your discipline
• Hands‑on experience with testing protocols, validation, and quality assurance processes
• Manufacturing and field application experience, or strong exposure to how designs perform in production environments
• Solid understanding of system integration and cross‑functional technical collaboration
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Authorization to work in the United States
