We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at West Valley Family Health in Yakima, WA! This position would specifically provide same-day acute care/urgent care.

Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations
• An Advanced Practice Clinician interested in same day acute care without holding a patient panel

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Position Highlights:

• Base compensation $141k- $160k. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
• $15k Hiring Bonus

• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
• $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
