Lasertech Metal Works is seeking an experienced Laser Welder Operator to join their team in the Peachtree City, GA area. If you have at least 5 years of experience with automated and robotic laser operations Lasertech wants to hear from you! Experience with Trumpf 5000 series Laser Welder is a plus! Duties and Responsibilities: Set up and operate and operate a robotic laser welding cell for use on various materials including sheet metal and tubing. Be able to properly load fixtures to set up the cell. Read and interpret shop prints and schematics to understand project specifications. Assemble components according to specifications while adhering to ASME codes & standards. Conduct measurement inspections of finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members on projects while demonstrating strong communication skills.
