As an A&W Team Member, you will provide fast, friendly service while preparing quality food in a clean and welcoming environment. You'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every guest.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
• Prepare food and beverages using grill, fryer, microwave, and oven
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
• Stock products and put away deliveries
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet service and quality goals

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum age: 16 years old
• A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Strong focus on customer service and professionalism
