Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients with pulmonary illnesses and conditions.
• Utilize equipment such as Servo I and Hamilton ventilators effectively.
• Perform essential respiratory therapies, including breathing treatments, pulmonary hygiene, and non-invasive ventilation.
• Participate in rotation through charge position and manage call shifts as scheduled.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards, including mandatory equipment fit testing.

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT certification required; BLS required.
• Epic experience required; 1-year critical care and emergency department experience highly preferred.
• Experience with adult, geriatric, and pediatric patient care suggested.
• Willingness to participate in holiday and weekend rotations.
• Previous charge experience and community hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to perform a variety of respiratory care procedures and operate assigned equipment effectively.
