Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (day or night), rotating 2-2-3 schedule or based on production needs

Job Summary

The Production Operator I supports daily manufacturing operations on the production floor. This role ensures production targets are met while maintaining strong standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient daily output
• Perform routine quality checks and visual inspections of products
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately and on time
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and workplace guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
• Ensure materials are available to minimize downtime
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and production line support
• Support other areas of production as needed based on shift needs
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in a manufacturing environment with rotating shifts (days/nights)

Qualifications

Minimum:

• High school diploma or GED required
• No prior experience required
