and Wellness Committee Responsibilities * Provide administrative and organizational support to corporate, broker-dealer and community association attorneys

• Prepare, revise, proofread, and manage legal documents and correspondence
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, calendars, and deadlines
• Maintain client files and case management systems
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and third parties professionally and

efficiently * Assist with billing, time entry, expense reporting, and related administrative functions

• Coordinate with marketing and staff on special projects and initiatives
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting senior attorneys or firm leadership preferred

Our Commitment to Compliance and Inclusion In accordance with New York and New Jersey state laws, the salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
