Job Description We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Niles, Ohio. In this role, you'll be the voice of our organization, delivering exceptional support to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create positive experiences that build lasting relationships with our clientele. Respond to customer inquiries via phoneand in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints Provide accurate product and service information to customers while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.
