Senior Scheduler

Job Title: Senior Scheduler Address: Verify with a Recruiter or Staffing Manager! Job Description Schedule patient appointments and tests efficiently and timely. Answer incoming calls, assess needs, and direct them to appropriate personnel. Serve as a liaison between patients and medical staff. Manage new patient setups with appropriate documentation and coding. Obtain and enter insurance authorizations into patient records. Maintain the scheduling template with physician meetings and call coverage. Demonstrate understanding of patient confidentiality and follow office policies. Critical Information On-site position. Normal office hours apply. Education/Licenses Needed High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three years scheduling experience in a medical office setting.
