Requirements
- MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in primary care and geriatric patient populations preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
