Shift Leader - 6:30am Opening Shift

Mint Hill, NC

Looking for Shift Leaders to open the store and work the morning shifts, which are normally 6:30am to 12:00pm Monday through Friday. Please only apply if available for this shift.

As a Shift Leader, you will be a brand ambassador, helping our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting delicious and nutritious smoothies and retail products. In addition, you will provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. Join us and inspire others to live a healthy and active lifestyle!

Shift Leader Responsibilities:
  • Blends delicious tasting smoothies
  • Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
  • Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
  • Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
  • Performs opening and/or closing duties
  • Performs store checklist tasks
  • Shows up on time and ready to work
  • Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
  • Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts
  • Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
Shift Leader Essential Functions:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required
  • Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
  • Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback
  • Must be extremely reliable and dependable
