We're looking for a Tool Maker who takes pride in building, repairing, and improving precision injection molds. This is a true toolroom role where your experience is valued, your ideas are heard, and your work keeps production moving.

What You'll Do

Build, repair, and troubleshoot precision injection molds
Machine mold components to tight tolerances
Operate CNC mills, lathes, and EDM equipment
Work alongside engineering and production to improve tooling performance

What We're Looking For

Injection mold build and repair experience
CNC mill and/or lathe setup experience
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with precision measuring tools
Bonus points for SolidWorks, Mastercam, EDM, or welding experience
