Prior hotel marketing experience is required.Extensive knowledge of marketing communication mediums to include but not limited to digital advertising, eCommerce, and social media.Ability to perform critical analysis and to manage extensive amounts of informationExcellent written skills sufficient to produce internal/external sales and marketing communicationExcellent presentation skillsAbility to effectively deal with department heads, executive committee members, team members and corporate staff.Ability to manage projects effectively – ability to manage multiple projects, meet and work effectively under time and resource constraintsCopywritingExperience with social sites and other applications, CMS, and digital analyticsAt Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
