What You'll Do
- Provide encouragement, hope, and peer support to individuals receiving mental health services.
- Help clients identify personal goals and develop strategies for recovery.
- Connect clients with community resources and support systems.
- Promote independence, self-advocacy, and overall wellness.
- Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
- Work alongside our clinical team to support client success.
Qualifications
- Ohio Certified Peer Recovery Supporter (CPRS) or Certified Peer Support Specialist certification required.
- Passion for helping others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, compassionate, and recovery-focused.
