Senior Rails Platform Engineer & AI/API Leader

Gusto is hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer on the Agent & Partner Experiences team. You will be a technical leader responsible for shaping and scaling our platform, doing hands-on Ruby on Rails work, and guiding others toward a high-quality payroll experience for developers and AI agents. You will design API contracts, build tools for partners and AI agents, collaborate with developer-customers, and ensure reliability and performance at scale while mentoring engineers across the #J-18808-Ljbffr Gusto
